PROBLEM
ASUS built a powerful identity around its ROG products, while the Zenfone product line remained comparatively overlooked. The product was strong; its visibility needed to catch up. The challenge was to create promotional material that could compete for attention in busy exhibition and retail environments and turn a brief encounter into genuine product interest.
SOLUTION
I turned the product itself into the idea. Rather than designing another conventional flyer, I created a series of true-to-size, interactive pieces shaped around each Zenfone model, allowing people to physically pull the phone from its sleeve and reveal the product information inside. I developed the concept independently from first sketch to production, creating the phone illustrations, engineering the pull-out mechanism, and designing a triangular retail display that brought the three models together as one system. The result transformed a simple piece of promotional print into a tactile product experience designed to invite curiosity, interaction and discovery.

OUTCOME
At exhibitions and retail events, the flyers became an immediate point of interaction. Their distinctive appearances stood apart from conventional promotional material, while the pull-out format encouraged people to pick them up and engage with the product information. For a product line competing in the shadow of ASUS’s more established gaming portfolio, that interaction mattered. Zenfone was no longer simply something on display. It became something people actively reached for.

PROBLEM
Mapvision operates in a highly technical B2B environment, where complex industrial technology needs to be understood by customers across different markets, channels and stages of the sales journey. The brand needed a visual system that would remain recognizable across all key touchpoints.

ZENFONE PHONE ILLUSTRATIONS / ZENFONE 2 DELUXE, ZENFONE SELFIE, ZENFONE 2 LASER
Before the flyer became the foundation: I created detailed, flat-rendered illustrations of each Zenfone model, capturing the front, back, and screen interface. Originally developed as marketing assets, they became the visual and structural basis of the physical concept.

DESIGNED AT 1:1 SCALE
Each flyer was die-cut to the exact dimensions of its corresponding phone. The illustrated sleeve and pull-out specification card were designed as a tactile object for giving people the sensation of picking up and exploring the device itself.

FROM DIGITAL FILE TO PHYSICAL OBJECT
The concept was developed through to production-ready artwork, with close attention to scale, die-cutting, alignment, assembly, and finish. The final sleeves and inserts became functional promotional pieces, ready for distribution.

THREE MODELS. ONE DISPLAY SYSTEM.
A custom triangular display holder brought the three flyers together in a compact, cohesive presentation. Designed for counters and event spaces, it extended the idea from an individual handout into a complete point-of-sale experience.
